If you've stayed at a hotel or accommodation you booked through Travelmyth (either directly or after being redirected to one of our booking partners), you're eligible to receive a free NFT. More details such as what NFTs are, what Travelmyth NFTs look like or how to create an Ethereum address to store your NFT can be found at the Travelmyth NFTs page.
To submit your claim please complete the following form. Start by typing the name of the hotel you've stayed as it's written in your booking confirmation email. Then, select the correct hotel from the dropdown menu. If you can't locate it, just write its name.
